Temporary Changes – Effective Immediately:
For the “shelter in place” order and to protect the health and safety of our team, we are temporarily suspending retail sales, online ordering, and store business hours.
All further business will be conducted by appointment only. All communications will be conducted via email or outbound call. We will not be available to answer the phone in person.
Customers awaiting background checks:
We will contact you after your local law enforcement agency has authorized the release of your item(s). At that time, we will also provide a date and time in which you will be able to retrieve your items from the shop. Assuming the local or state government does not issue a “shelter in place” order, we will continue to work through the paperwork that is currently in flight.
Due to the current situation and guidance from the ATF, we will no longer be able to release firearms to customers after 10 business days unless an explicit “proceed” has been received by your local law enforcement agency. We will contact you once we receive the approval but If you have not heard from us via email after 10 local law enforcement business days you may email us requesting a status update.
Inbound orders and transfers:
For all inbound transfers and orders in which a background check has not been started, we will schedule an appointment with you after your product(s) has been received. Be aware that it could take up to one week from the time of receiving your item(s) for us to contact you with the appointment details. Assuming the local or state government does not issue a “shelter in place” order, we will continue to work through the orders and transfers currently in flight.
